Each month we summarise the Planning Applications submitted to and published by the Local Planning Authority which relate to properties (or trees, etc) in Milton.  We do not seek to support or challenge any application with these posts, simply to make people aware of what is proposed locally.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON TIMINGS FOR PLANNING APPLICATION 24/00259/FUL - EASTNEY COMMUNITY CENTRE, BRANSBURY PARK, BRANSBURY ROAD, SOUTHSEA, PO4 9SU

The consultation period on the planning application formally ended on 12th April 2024. Notwithstanding this, given the application is currently being programmed in for consideration at the Planning Committee meeting on 10th July 2024, the Council will still be accepting representations made after this date up until the Committee meeting.
